I'm guessing it had taller wheels like 27" or so but the 1.50 X 26" make it look more modern.

The weather might cooperate for a couple of days. Now that the Schwinn is complete I have another project waiting in the hall. This is an old monkey wards girl's that is destined to be another beach cruiser.

Wasn't too long ago this was sitting on the fence mostly rusted.
I'm just waiting on tires for the S-5 wheels I saved from the original
 I took it for a ride this afternoon. Very nice!
